Certified Ukrainian and Polish translation services

Translation support for official, legal, educational and personal documents used in Ukraine, Poland and abroad. We help identify the form of certification or notarization that fits the destination authority before work begins.

Document types

Official translation for different procedures

Personal and civil-status documents

Birth, marriage and other civil-status records, certificates, identity documents, declarations, powers of attorney and documents for public authorities.

Education and employment

Diplomas, certificates, transcripts, university and employer letters, qualification documents and materials for admission or recognition procedures.

Legal, court and notarial documents

Contracts, court documents, notarial instruments, consents, corporate records, powers of attorney and other formal legal materials.

Certification requirements

“Certified”, “sworn” and “notarized” do not mean the same thing everywhere

The required form depends on the country, institution and procedure. In Poland, certain official uses may require a sworn translator. In Ukraine, the appropriate certification method depends on the document and the procedure in which it will be used.

Before quoting, tell us which country and authority will receive the document. This helps avoid producing a translation in a form that the destination institution will not accept.

Workflow

From source document to usable official translation

01

Destination check

We confirm the country, authority, language and expected form of certification.

02

Document review

We check completeness, readability, stamps, signatures and elements that require formal description.

03

Translation

The document is translated in a formal register with careful handling of names, dates, numbering and structure.

04

Certification and delivery

Where required, the appropriate certification or notarization route and delivery format are agreed.

Accuracy

Every official detail matters

Names, dates, document numbers, stamps, signatures, handwritten notes and institutional names need consistent and faithful treatment. The translation should reflect the source document rather than reinterpret or “correct” it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does every official document need a certified translation?

No. Requirements depend on the receiving country, institution and procedure. Identifying the destination before translation is the safest approach.

Does an apostille also need translation?

Often it does when the document and apostille are submitted in a foreign-language procedure. The correct sequence and scope should be checked for the specific destination.

Is a scan or photo enough for a quote?

Usually yes if every page and detail is readable. For final certification, a better scan or access to the original may be needed depending on the procedure.

Do you translate both into and from Ukrainian and Polish?

Yes. We work in both directions and confirm the intended country and authority so the translation is prepared for the right use.

Not sure which certification you need?

Send the document and tell us where it will be submitted. We will review the use case and suggest the appropriate route.
